WHAT YOU GET

Your brand, your domain, your process

Branding. Your organisation’s name and logo carried through the sign-in screen and every screen of the platform and the Android capture app, so the people using it see your brand and not ours. The app’s home-screen icon and store listing stay UbuntuSoft unless you commission a separately built branded app, which we quote on request.
Custom domain. The platform served from an address you control, so your clients sign in to your domain rather than to ubuntusoft.co.za. Set up as part of implementation — you point the DNS, we handle the certificate and routing.
Custom workflows. Each municipality’s approved indigent policy configured as its own workflow — the steps, the thresholds and who signs off at each gate.
Multi-municipality capability. One deployment, many municipalities. Every register is separated at the database level, so no municipality can see another’s households — while you retain a view across the whole programme.
API access. The same versioned, read-only finance integration API, with keys issued per municipality and revocable at any time. A published OpenAPI specification your clients can hand to their financial system vendor.

How it runs

Implementation

We stand the deployment up, apply your branding, configure the first municipality’s workflow and migrate its existing register. Thereafter you onboard municipalities yourself, or we do it as a service.

Support

You hold the relationship with your municipal clients and support them directly; we support you. Escalation paths and response times are agreed in writing before you go live, not afterwards.

Hosting

Hosted by us in South Africa by default — infrastructure, backups and updates included. Deployment into your own environment is available where a client’s policy requires it.

PRICING

Priced per deployment, not per seat

A white-label deployment is quoted on the number of municipalities it will carry and the size of their combined registers — not on how many staff you put on it.
Implementation and branding are quoted once, up front.
The billable services on our Services page are available to you at partner rates, whether you deliver them yourself or resell them.
